要約(日本語):Long-term power outage caused by natural disasters has become a significant issue. Contributing factors include difficulties in dispatching power supply vehicles due to fallen trees and landslides as well as delays in establishing command structures. Under disasters, ensuring electricity supply to consumers located at the end of distribution feeders is directly linked to the rapid restoration. Distributed power sources such as photovoltaic systems owned by consumers and electric vehicles (EVs) are effective in such scenario. Our research group has previously developed a method for outage restoration and sustainable electricity supply to disconnected consumers by using the V2H operation with EV swapping. In this study, we proposed a method of scheduling updates and setting operations considering energy consumption and reduced charge amount due to dispatching EVs, which was evaluated through numeral simulations. The findings demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in preventing power outages.
