要約(日本語)：This study estimated the electricity supply and CO₂ emissions for 2030 and 2040 using a multi-regional energy chain model. By 2040, significant reductions in coal-fired power were observed, along with the deployment of coal-fired CCS in Kanto, Chubu, and Kansai regions, and LNG-CCS in Chubu, Chugoku, and Kyushu. These developments contributed to substantial emission reductions. Future research will expand the scope to include not only the electricity sector but also the electricity-consuming sectors.
