要約(日本語): This paper describes the development of an application for emulating the network communication failures among remote operation system. The network communication failures make maneuvering the remotely operated robot difficult. For contributing the safe remote operation, we developed a tool for an operation training and an experiment to provide the effects of the network communication failures to the traffic among remote operation system by utilizing the network emulation tools in Linux.
