要約(日本語): With the increase in the number of devices that require electric power, the impact on their lives becomes greater when the power system is damaged by a disaster. When the power supply from the grid is interrupted, it is necessary to provide stable power operation in the shelter until the recover work is completed. In this paper, we suppose a situation where several shelters use solar energy and storage batteries for the power supply and electric vehicles deliver electricity and commodities to the shelters for preventing the lack of them. We formulate electric pickup and delivery problem with time window (E-PDPTW) for delivery planning of electricity and commodities as a mixed-integer programming problem, and conducted computer experiments by a small-scale model to evaluate its validity.
