要約(日本語): We introduce a design concept of fluidic oscillator whose frequency can be tuned using controlled vibration of an elastic structure, such as a piezoelectric element, by the means of synchronization. We use phase reduction theory to estimate the synchronization condition and compared it with results from the actual perturbed full state dynamics. Furthermore, the resulting changes due to synchronization show that the proposed method improves the physical characteristics of the oscillating flow, in particular for liquid mixing application.
