要約(日本語): According to Beck's cognitive model of depression, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) has an effect on schema which leads to distorted perceptions. Depressive states and MDD are considered to occur on a continuum, and there are not only qualitative but also quantitative differences between them. However, it remains unclear whether there are significant differences in information processing among healthy individuals. In this study, we investigate the Event Related Potentials (ERPs) and behavior of healthy subjects with various depressive states during emotional stimuli. We have found that subjects with high depressive states have slower reaction time and lower P300 amplitude. Besides, we have found latency between frontal and parietal lobe, which might support the top-down visual mechanism.
