要約(日本語): Motor imagery-based brain-computer interface (MI-BCI) is a paradigm that studies brain signals from body movement's imagination. We focus on sit-to-stand and stand-to-sit motions. Decoding of these intentions under motor execution (ME), action observation (AO), and motor imagery (MI) setup have been studied. Yet, the difference between on-screen and VR head-mounted display (VR-HMD) stimuli has not been explored. We propose an MI-BCI paradigm on sit-stand, comparing the two stimuli. We study a group of healthy participants with sequential trials of AO, MI, and ME, recorded by electroencephalography. We hypothesize that VR-HMDs can induce a stronger brain response in AO and MI. We will compare signal characteristics and classifications as the result.
