要約(日本語): Nanotubes are nanostructures that can control the transport of materials and signals through membranes. DNA nanotubes, a type of nanotube, are composed of DNA and can be designed with predicted structures based on the specificity of base pairs, enabling nanotubes with complex structures and functions. DNA bundle nanotubes are formed by only a few strands to control the opening and closing of nanotubes by external triggers such as DNA strand, heat, and light. However, one that can be triggered by mechanical stimuli has not yet been developed. Therefore, we aim to develop DNA bundle nanotubes that can be controlled using ultrasound, a mechanical stimulus. We prepare DNA bundle nanotubes as the basis of this research and evaluate their membrane permeation performance.
