要約(日本語): Various studies on speech processing have yielded results that frequently showing inconsistencies and contradictions. To address these issues, this study focuses on the production of phonemes, excluding the influence of semantic and word retrieval. We utilize electroencephalography (EEG) to record brain activity during 3 stages: hearing, inner speech, and phoneme imagery. There are 3 primary objectives to be investigated: (1) the most active part of the brain, (2) the brain features, and (3) the differences between the 3 tasks. We conduct analyses of event-related spectral perturbations (ERSP) and event-related potentials (ERPs). The preliminary results show parietal lobe is strongly involved in both hearing and phoneme imagery stages, with strong ERSP features in alpha and low-beta bands.
