要約(日本語): Owing to the advancement of ADAS, self-driving technology has entered various application scenarios. However, due to legal and price constraints, it has not yet reached popularization. This work proposes a computer vision based hazard warning system for urban traffic safety. The system uses cheap equipment as much as possible to meet the hazard detection work of the small electric car. Finally, the accuracy, real-time and usefulness of the system are verified through experiments.
