要約(日本語): Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) aims to prevent depressive recurrence by promoting self-awareness and reducing negative thinking patterns. This study investigates the effectiveness of MBCT in managing depressive experiences and its impact on neural activity in healthy individuals. We measured resting-state EEG data from 43 participants and found a correlation between milder depressive states and lower delta and higher theta power in the frontal lobe. After an 8-week MBCT intervention with 11 participants, changes in EEG activities were observed, including decreased delta power and increased theta power in the frontal region. This research highlights the potential benefits of MBCT in alleviating daily depressive states and modulating neural activity in healthy individuals.
