要約(日本語): The proposed scheme does not use the plant model, and calculates the linear intensity. Specifically, Estimated Response Iterative Tuning (ERIT) using Finite Impulse Response (FIR) is utilized. The linear intensity is quantified by analyzing the estimated input-output data. The results show that the variance of the predicted input increases at the point where the nonlinearity becomes stronger.
