要約(日本語):Synchronized bursts, where multiple neurons fire simultaneously at high frequency, are thought to originate within local circuits of the neuronal network; however, the structural characteristics of these circuits remain unclear. In this study, we aimed to elucidate the structural features of such local circuits by constructing micro-networks that allow comprehensive measurement of the entire network. We developed micro-networks on high-density microelectrode arrays, ensuring that all neurons were located within the electrode area. Burst initiation points were localized using the recorded signals. We found that the initiation points had hub structures in the connectivity map. This result suggests that hub structures may play a role in efficient information transfer within neuronal networks.
