要約(日本語):Industry 4.0 advocates the establishment of smart factories and emphasizes the development of cyber-physical systems (CPS) against the problems such as labor shortages. On the other hand, data-driven and other flexible methods of data utilization have been emphasized and developed since the development of IoT. This study proposes a method to design a data-driven cyber-physical control system. First, a performance monitoring and evaluation for a generalized minimum variance-based PID control system is designed. Second, appropriate model reconstruction and controller optimization are performed for the performance degradation detected on the physical side. Final, the usefulness of the method was quantitatively verified through numerical simulations using two communicating PCs.
