要約(日本語):In industrial machines such as electronics manufacturing machines and machine tools, fast and precise positioning of servo mechanisms induces coupled vibrations owing to the interaction of structural components, thereby degrading positioning accuracy. Recently, the authors proposed a vibration suppression learning control (VSLC) method as a data-driven feedforward control approach for suppressing such coupled vibrations. In this study, to clarify the theoretical limitations and enhance the practical applicability of the VSLC framework, we theoretically analyze the learning data requirements for achieving effective vibration suppression. The validity of the derived learning data requirements is verified through simulations using an example four-mass coupled vibration system.
