要約(日本語)：フォトリソグラフィでは、基板は平面であることが大前提となる。均一なレジスト成膜と、パターン劣化の少ない露光のためである。本研究では潜像付きレジスト膜を伸ばしながら貼り付ける方法を垂直壁を持つ凹溝に試みた。幅60μm、深さ30μm(アスペクト比0.5)の凹溝に幅10μmのライン-アンド-スペースをパターン転写できた。垂直露光1回で通常は光が当たらない垂直壁面の両側に、一度にパターニングできた。

要約(英語)：Photolithography has been effective only to the planer substates for the uniform photoresist coating and the patterning without light degradation. In this study, patterning the trench pasting and extending the resist film with the latent image is applied. Line-and-space pattern is obtained following the trench shape without the disconnection. The pattern is obtained simultaneously on both sidewalls.
