要約(英語): The purpose of this study is to develop a taste sensor which can be contributed to scientific education for teenager. We fabricated the taste sensor using filter paper and lipid in order to make it easy in short term. As a result, the sensor responses to salty or sourness substances showed good performance as the taste sensor kit for scientific education. The sensor kit can be built in about 20 minutes.
