要約(日本語): エマルションの安定性は、化粧品や食品の品質評価の指標となっている。本研究では、ガラス基板に電極を配置したチップ（以下センサチップ）を作製した。そしてこのセンサチップを用いて、数種類の界面活性剤のミセル溶液の電導度を測定した。またミセルに油相を取り込ませたO/Wエマルションを調製して、同様の方法で電導度を測定した。これらの方法を基に、乳液化粧品の安定性評価の方法を考察した。

要約(英語): The stability of emulsion is a index for the quality assessment of cosmetics and food.In this study,we measured the electric conductance of some kinds of micelle using a chip called senser chip which was made by a glass substratum with electrode.Then we also measured the electric conductance of O/W emulsion which is made by oil and surfactant solution with senser chip .From these ways,we considered about methods of the stability assessment of milky lotions.
