要約(日本語): Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM) is well-known as a high-sensitivity mass sensor. The change in acoustic loading on QCM causes admittance change, which can be measured by the Vector Network Analyzer(VNWA). However, its sensitivity is limited by frequency noise. When using QCM with damping media, the level of noise increases owing to the deterioration of the Q factor. The curve fitting technique was used to overcome the high level of noise originating from viscous damping by utilizing all data points from each frequency scan. The scan frequency range, number of datapoints and measurement time per datapoints were optimized to achieve minimum noise. The lowest standard deviation was achieved when number of datapoints and measurement time per datapoint were the largest. Moreover, the higher bandwidth results in a lower standard deviation. However, to keep sampling time within a certain limit, the optimized values of all parameters were chosen.
