要約(日本語): 災害時には既存の通信インフラやその上でのアプリケーションが機能しなくなる場合が想定される。災害時において既存インフラに依存しない通信手法として、放送型情報共有方式(Broadcast Based Information Sharing System: BBISS)が提案されている。本研究はBBISS上で、各端末がP2P(Peer to Peer)方式で情報の発信・共有ができるアプリケーションを開発するものであり、その概要、動作、一次実装の結果と今後の課題について述べる。

要約(英語): In case of disaster, existing infrastructure and applications on it may be out of order. BBISS (Broadcast Based information Sharing System: BBISS) is proposed to enable Information sharing without using existing communication infrastructure. We develop the application that can send and share information in P2P (peer to peer) manner on top of BBISS. This paper describes the outline, operation, result of the prototype implementation, and future issues of the application
