要約(日本語): 大規模災害発生後、迅速な安否確認が必要とされる。しかし、既存の通信インフラが被害を受け、正常に機能しない状況が想定される。災害時において既存インフラを用いない情報共有手法として、放送型情報共有方式(Broadcast Based Information Sharing System: BBISS)が提案されている。本研究ではBBISS上で、各端末がP2P(Peer to Peer)方式で誰でも簡単に安否情報を発信し、共有することができる、安否情報共有アプリケーションを開発している。そして、その機能、動作、一次実装の結果と今後の課題について述べている。

要約(英語): After large-scale disasters, speedy safety confirmation is needed. However, existing communication infrastructure and applications on it may be out of order. BBISS (Broadcast Based information Sharing System: BBISS) is proposed to enable information sharing without using the infrastructure. We, on top of BBISS, develop a safety information sharing application that enables users to send and share easily in P2P (peer to peer) manner. This paper describes the functions, operation, result of the prototype implementation, and future issues of the application.
