要約(英語): There is available connection capability for dispersed generators which are connected to distribution lines. In order to increase the available connection capability, it became necessary to formulate countermeasures for facilities. One of the countermeasures is transmitting the contact output of the line protective relay from the upper substation to the bank circuit breaker of the gas insulted distributing substation. We developed a new signal transmitter which is more compact and less costly than the current system.
