要約(英語): To reduce the burden of network operations, network virtualization techniques are used on IP network of many companies. A test system of the SDN (Software Defined Network) techniques is constructed to confirm that required functions for communications in electric power industry are able to be realized by the SDN techniques. Also, this paper shows network operation reduction effects for connecting new lines in electric power industry by using the SDN techniques.
