Online market, especially based on internet, behaviors of the customer are traced inch by ich whatever intentionally or not. Some companies recognize the value of the traced data and make it as the business support information. Recently many technologies are showed up to extract information from gathered data.
This script describes how object-oriented methodology can be applied to EC site design based on the CRM.
