要約(日本語): Generally, the system of the computerized hospital based in EMR(Electronic Medical Record) is processed as following.

Through request and judging, the data are sent to EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) by using OCS (Order Communication System). After then the hospital has the medical insurance fee demanded.

Through EMR(Electronic Medical Record) and OCS (Order Communication System), the doctor judges taking care of the patient, care result, and future care.

Furthermore,

The EMR must be developed through recognizing the ownership of each hospital and encouragement of using The EMR.

The data, after writing the EMR content and finishing the electric signature, don’t have to be changed or damaged optionally.

Now, only each hospital controls and manages the information about the patients. So, in case the several problems are occurred by medical troubles or data’s damages, The EMR’s revision or changing is expected. Therefore, The EMR content must be protected objectlively.

This thesis discusses and verifies the System of the EMR content of each hospital through electrical signature and the Logical Architecture for the protection of the patients’ information
