要約(日本語): It is generally known to all of us that the accurate segmentation is very necessary for words or continuous ones in speech recognition. The techniques are now being developed to classify the voiced and the unvoiced, also classify the plosives and the fricatives. The method for the accurate analysis of the phonemes is not yet scientifically established.

Therefore, in this study we analyze the Korean language, using the “Hunminjeongeum” and the contemporary phonetics, and with the frequency band, Mel band and Mel cepstrum, we extract its own notable features of the phonemes from the Korean speech and segment the speech by the unit of the phonemes and normalize them.

Finally, thru the analysis and verification we intend to set up the Phonemes Segmentation System that will make it possible to adapt for not only a word but also continuous speech.
