要約(日本語): Dynamic systems are often described by differential equations and many numerical methods have been proposed to solve such problems. However, the numerical methods sometimes need an unacceptably large number of iterations and can not meet the system requirement. In our works, we proposed the CMOS circuit implementation for the behavior model of automobile engine systems.
In former works, the behavior model for the dynamic system is generated with SPICE behavior models. Then in this paper we proposed an practical analog circuit implementation of automobile engine systems according to the SPICE behavior models.
