要約(日本語): This is a study on a setting up of the Phonemes Segmentation System for Korean speech recognition. It is regarded speech recognition by using the phonemes is more effective and helpful than that by using the syllables or words.
Above all, it is very important to set up a new phonetical Phonemes Segmentation System. Therefore, in this study we compare and analyze the " Hunminjeongeum" and the contemporary Phonetics for the current Korean language to set up the Phonemes Segmentation System.
After that, adapting LPC and MFCC, we try to offer the basis of more effective speech recognition.
