要約(日本語): This paper presents a facial expression recognition system.In this system, the rule sets, which are used to recognize facial movements, is applied to each specific facial area independently.In the conventional system, when the feature extraction from the specific areas on a face become a failure, even from one specific area, the recognition was not accomplished.The proposed system is designed that the recognition can be achieved using only feature quantities extracted.Additionally, fuzzy inference is used for an expression recognition rules, and the method of constructing the rules is examined.
