要約(日本語): Assembly line production is widely used and is one of the basic principles in production systems. An assembly line consists of a number of workstations. At each workstation certain tasks are performed. The decision problem of how these tasks must be distributed between workstations, so that the total waiting time of workstation is minimal, is called a simple assembly line balancing problem (SALBP). In this paper, a multi-objective genetic algorithm for solving those simple assembly line balancing problems is proposed on a several precedence graphs for implementing our priority-based coding are discussed. The result of this implementation is that our priority-based coding searching optimal schedules perform much more accurate than comparison algorithms. Moreover, results of test problems show that this priority-based coding technique justifies itself and can be used in real life production systems.
