要約(日本語): Logistics network design is one of the most important fields in supply chain management (SCM). For some real-world applications, it is often that the Transportation Planning (TP) model is extended to satisfy other additional constraints or performed in several stages. In addition, a product produced in a factory may be several kinds. Even if it is a factory of the same company, delivery method is different by a kind of products. The restrictions which this model has are deeply concerned with TP model in the real world.
In this paper, we formulate a flexible logistics network model with considering the constraints of delivery course. To solve the problem, we also propose an effective hybrid Genetic Algorithms (hGA) approach by using a priority-based encoding method with special decoding process for a delivery course. Finally, numerical experiments with various scales of logistics network problems show the effectiveness and the efficiency of our approach by comparing with the recent researches.
