要約(日本語): In order to configure a multicast tree in a MANET (Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks), each additional destination mobile computer transmits a request control message to one of the mobile computers already included in the tree. In case that the MANET consists of uni-directional (asymmetric) links, a multihop transmission route along which the request control message is transmitted is not always available for data message transmission. This paper proposes a novel multicast tree configuration protocol which is an extension of LBSR, a unicast routing protocol supporting MANETs with uni-directional links. The proposed protocol requires lower communication overhead especially where an existing multicast tree consists of many destination and intermediate mobile computers.
