要約(日本語): This paper say a idea of name entity recognition based on Machine Learning. In our approach, an unknown word is identified according to its component features and context features. In order to capture the functions of features, we use the concept of character. Roles are tagged through applying the CRF(Conditional Random Fields) algorithm in the fashion of a POS tagger. From the result of probable roles sequence, all the eligible unknown words are recognized through a trained CRF model.
