要約(日本語): In this talk, we'd like to introduce some of the very useful suggestions for the objective and fair comparison between different heuristic algorithms. For the random-based heuristic algorithms, different runs may give different results. So how to design the numerical experiment and report the results statistically will have strong influence on the conclusion, which might be misleading sometimes. Examples of the correct comparison and mistake one will be given.
