要約(日本語): Traceability System in Food-, Pharmaceutical- and Cosmetic Industries is necessary for sound Quality Assurance in market, as well as Product Liability. Common applications are to trace material-batches and product-lots by recording and querying, but are hardly to determine quantative risk-assessment of cross-contamination, i.e. with liquid/bulk material and/or material returning to mid-point of production. This application shows how to configure and determine their quantity/ratio, by considering returned/remaining-former-batches, other raw materials, and therefore possible to determine risk of cross-contamination. This data configuration has a recursive structure to avoid complicated definition of DB. One should input process parameters, capacities and on-going-production-results as well. Real time data-input using bar-code-reader or data-link in production lines are recommended.
