要約(日本語): This paper reviews current situation of building energy consumption, including building energy consumption feature and classification. Furthermore, energy conservation methods and research status have been summarized. It can be seen current studies on building energy efficiency techniques focus on building structures, material and envelopes, which have been widely used in the design phase of construction and may not be applicable for the buildings of operating period. Therefore a data-drived energy-saving solution is described for existing building. It can analyze the energy consumption data to find the laws in production and consumption by data mining methods. On this basis the long-run development trend and future main tasks about building energy efficiency are discussed.
