要約(日本語): In this paper, we discuss the feasibility of performances of stiffness and damping loops of PDD2 controller in a pneumatic stage which are modified from relative position-based to relative acceleration-based. Also, the results showing successful application of stage and base plate jerk feedback schemes through modified PDD2 controller are discussed.
