要約(日本語): 車いす用タイヤの空気バルブは、英式と呼ばれるタイプが多く、直接タイヤ圧を確認することができない。車いす用タイヤ圧の減少は、乗り心地だけではなく、ブレーキ性能にも影響を与える。今回開発した空気圧表示器は、英式バルブのタイヤに取り付けることで、リアルタイムで空気圧を表示するため、任意の空気圧に設定することが可能である。本空気圧表示器を用いて、空気圧減少によるブレーキ効果についての計測結果を報告する。

要約(英語): English valves are often used for wheelchair tires, but it is impossible to confirm the air pressure of those tires. Because of low air pressure the comfort of the wheelchairs and the performance of the brakes can deteriorate. With the newly developed pressure indicator of the wheelchair tires I measured the correlation between the performance of the brakes and the reduction of the tires air pressure.
