要約(日本語): 重度障害者は症状の進行に伴い他者とのコミュニケーションを取るのが困難になり,意思伝達装置を用いるこが多く,症状の度合いが患者ごとに異なるため，適した入力スイッチを選定する必要がある．しかし，スイッチの選定は知識・経験の差に大きく影響されるため，主観的な評価で支援が進められることが多い． 本研究では，重度障害者用意思伝達装置の入力スイッチの選定における定量的評価器具の開発を目指す.

要約(英語): Although the disabled people usually use the alternative communication tools to communicate with other people, the assessment the tools which includes the selection of input switch is difficult. In this study, we developed a device to measure the physical ability of patient to operate the input switch with push lever.
