要約(日本語): 現在、障害者雇用の内訳は，身体障害者が約73％，知的障害者は約21％，精神障害者は約6％と報告されている。知的障害者と精神障害者の雇用率の低さは、雇う側の彼らに対するネガティブなイメージが関係していると考えられる．そこで，彼らの作業中における特徴を分析することによって，彼らに対するネガティブなイメージを改善するような要因を発見し、雇用率の向上を図る事を目指す．
