要約(日本語): Most of electronic devices have much reduced their volumes by the integrated circuit. Reactance components are usually miniaturized when frequency becomes high. When we make feedback control circuit for high frequency, we may not able to get suitable comparator for high frequency use. Therefore, LC self-excitation oscillators are useful for gate driver. We investigate the gate driver utilizing LC self-excitation oscillator to realize mega-hertz switching. The frequency of oscillation, the waveform of output voltage are researched in detail. In order to make a mathematical calculation about the oscillation frequency, we found that it is necessary to consider MOSFET during active state.
