要約(日本語): Our research is focusing on helping people to control power assist devices, it is important to do proper adjustments for the system in the machine itself, so it becomes easy to use even for different tasks or if the person who is in control changed.So far, it has became clear that the key indicator is the change of the human arm viscosity during operating, but there are times that it is difficult to accurately adjust the arm impedance. For that, in this research, we use surface electromyography (EMG) which is a method for obtaining human movements, and we consider this method to automatically adjust the parameters of the power assist system.
