要約(日本語): There is a possibility that breakers of transmission lines would open because of accidents that occurred to power systems by contact of lightning strikes or wildlife. In this case, voltage collapse could occur because of shortage of active power in power systems. For this reason, we have investigated a voltage control called Emergency Voltage and Reactive Power Control (Emergency VQC) for maintaining voltage stability. Moreover, meta-heuristics is used to calculate amount of reactive power compensation equipment that enable voltage stability to maintain in the power system after failure. Specifically, we choose Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) among meta-heuristics. We propose improvement of the PSO by Electrical Distance. The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
