要約(日本語): We propose a method for determining the geometric features used when people recognize categories of objects. In this study, we targeted the shrimps. At first, we extracted shape features by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on the feature points obtained from shrimp images. We carried it out contour and pattern, and aimed to post to subjects the sought shape features as images. In the two experiments, we determined the type of shrimp shape, and found the range acceptable to shrimp. The results of the two experiments confirmed the shape features in which the shrimps were judged by subjects.
