要約(日本語): High slew rate, low power operational amplifiers (Op-amps) are bottlenecks of today’s battery-powered equipment, due to the limited tail current and stability. To overcome this problem, this paper presents a novel slew rate boost scheme. It can gather extra tail current by slew rate boost circuit and decrease the value of compensation capacitor by using capacitance multiplier compensation when output voltage is slewing. Cadence Spectre simulation shows that this op-amp has a slew rate of 105 V/?s, consuming 0.68mW.
