要約(日本語): In this study, we aim to detect the heart rate with removing the noise of the mouse under the free moving and analyze the sleep stage by using the heart rate of the mouse. Currently human have 5 stages of sleeps, but only two sleep stage states of sleep of the mouse are decided, "sleeping, waking". We also discuss the difference between animals and people, including sleep and emotion. In order to fulfill the purpose, pay attention to EEG during sleep of mice, and acquire characteristic differences. Focusing on one mouse, we analyze the correlation between the actions of heartbeat and the behavior of the mouse under the free moving suddenly placed in different environment.
