要約(日本語): In this paper, a design method of IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) filters using PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) is studied. It is required to enumerate a lot of local minima for the IIR filter design problem.In this study, the particles are shifted toward another local minimum solutions by changing the desired frequency response when the stagnation occurs. As a result, the local minimum stagnation can be avoided and a lot of local minimum solutions are enumerated.Several design examples are shown to present the effectiveness of the proposed method.
