要約(英語): PDD2 compensator is popular with position control of pneumatic actuator including pneumatic stage. By using PDD2 compensator, it is easy to adjust parameters while watching the positioning of pneumatic stage because the function of each gain is clear. However, PDD2 compensator has the limit of fast positioning. This paper proposes to use PDD2D3 compensator, which is added D3 control. By using PDD2D3 compensator, response of pneumatic stage is quicker and positioning is better.
