要約(日本語): This work evaluates the effect of charge leakage in N-path filters. The charge leakage due to finite off-resistance of the switches is analyzed for different operating frequency. The analysis results are verified using simulation with spectreRF. Simulation results show that the effect of charge leakage is more significant in low operation frequencies.
