要約(日本語): A data matching search might be to use a Hamming distance detector using a neuron CMOS inverter. In order to solve the problem of the through current, the conventional detector with two control signals to reduce the through current is reported. In this paper, the authors study to reduce the through current of the detector by shifting the timing of the control signal of the start data coincidence operation to the timing of the control signal of the current mirror circuit by HSPICE simulation.
